Sampēa is currently a folk-rock group from Madison, WI. Originally starting as the bizarre solo project of Madison resident Sam Pirruccello, the project has recently added musicians to keep songs from floating away in outlandish idea-clouds (or at least to help guide them to nice bits of sky from where they can spiral down and breathe freely).
